Rates and amounts shown are before tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable sales or other legally required taxes will be added at the rate required for the service location.
Optional maximum approval I approve Andora to proceed with service work up to the amount below, before applicable taxes, without additional approval.
Minimum allowed: $1,500. You may increase it.
Required authorization
I authorize Andora Systems LLC to perform service work for the service request associated with this authorization at the rates shown above, plus applicable sales or other legally required taxes based on the service location. My card will be saved securely on file through Square. Andora will not charge my card at the time of this authorization. Andora will first provide an opportunity to pay by another accepted payment method. If payment is not made by the invoice due date or other agreed payment deadline, I authorize Andora to charge the saved card for authorized and completed work, applicable taxes, and any disclosed credit-card processing fee. I may request a copy of this authorization, and I may contact Andora to update or remove the card on file; removal does not cancel responsibility for authorized work already performed or balances already due.
